NE is listed here as having the fewest 300-pounders in the NFL.

However, I show:
Solder, Vollmer, Cannon, Fleming, Kline, Devey,Connolly, Stork
Wilfork, Jones, Siliga, Vellano
That's 12.

They list nine rookie + first year players.
Rookie:
Garoppolo, White, Fleming, Devey, Stork
Easley, Moore, Butler
First year:
Dobson, Thompkins, Wright, Kline
Vellano, Chris Jones, Buchanan, Collins, Ryan
That's 17, if "Rookie + first year" means two classes of players. If those are synonyms and "first year means udfa, I only see eight.

If all those numbers are right, Indy seems to have a particularly large team, and Oakland an old team.

Jones, White, Dobson, Kline & Stork didn't play I'm pretty sure those stats only include players active during week 1 of games.
