NFL Playoffs: Giants at Packers

I feel bad for rodgers. He has thrown a ton of perfect easy catchable passes yet his receivers can't catch them. Also is leading rusher in the game.
I don't feel bad for him, he's missed some easy throws and if the Giants knock off the Packers it's Tom Brady versus who the rest of the way.

At some point, Eli's luck in tossing up hail mary's will run out.

Terrible pass from Rodgers to Finley.

not on this drive!

Hahaha. love it. :rocker:

Packers learning how hard it is to get back to the SB after you've been there. Any team can catch fire 1 year and get a trophy. The great ones make it back.

Eli Manning. The guy who beat Brady in the Super Bowl.

****! Finley catch the damn ball. Rodgers is throwing strikes and his receivers are letting him down.

Exactly. Thats why we went 14-2 and lost to the Jets in the playoffs, and the year before got crushed by the Ravens.
You people have short memory.

It's funny that you're accusing people of having short memories when you're the one who doesn't seem to remember anything past 2 years ago.

With this year's birth, the Patriots will have appeared in the AFC championship game in 50% Bill Belichick's seasons as head coach. (And 60% of the seasons where he had Brady as his team's primary QB.)

Terrible pass from Rodgers to Finley.

I remember a knock against Favre used to be that he threw harder than anyone in the game. I remember announcers saying receivers would have a little x on their chest from the tip of the ball drilling them.

Rodgers is no different. He lets it rip on a lot of his throws.

The Packers are a great team

Why did they go for it on 4th down, that made no sense at all. The Giants have gotten lucky with the Falcons last week and the Packers this week with these questionable 4th down plays...

I used to hear the exact same thing about Elway. They even called it "the Elway cross".

Great down the stretch last year and a good portion of this year, but not historically great. They're being considerably outplayed at home by a wild card team right now and wouldn't be in this game if not for awful officiating. Defense is being exposed for what alot of people thought it was. Not a great team right now.

horrid decision

Eli is a really good QB these days. Doesn't get enough credit.

They're playing like the Giants are the #1 seed. Onside kick earlier and another desperate choice to go for it on 4th down. Clearly a shell of the team they were

Jacobs sucks today. Should've been close to a first down at the least
