It should be a 15 minute sudden death continuation of the game as it is being played in the 4th.
So if you have the ball with 2 mins left and drive down field to kick a game tying FG as time expires, you are kicking off in the 5th quarter, just as you would in the transition of the 3rd to 4th quarter.
This will create the need for tons of new strategy at the end of games.
