He’s been baaaaaaad. He’s touched the ball 5 times this season:

1. Toe-tap catch at the 9 on a kickoff instead of letting it go out of bounds and to the 40
2. Fumble on his only catch of the season (to be fair, he was concussed)
3. Successful fair catch
4. Good 24 yard return on a safety punt
5. Fumble on his only (real) punt return of the season

But he makes a ton of sense as a PS addition to see if he can remember how to return. The Pats need help with that right now.
