Some Bills fans want Belichick as their HC this morning.

Bills would make a huge mistake if they move on from McDermott.

Dorsey was indeed the problem. They completely went away from the offensive sets they used when they were hugely successful.

Agreed. Bildos are actually lucky not to be 3-7. Giants and Bucs were inches away from having game winning TDs against them. That wasn't on the OC. Their problems are coming from the defense not being able to finish games. Which is on McDermott who is calling the defense. Dorsey is running the same offense that Daboll was since he was the QB coach for Daboll. So firing him for Joe Brady is just a lateral move.

Dorsey is running the same offense that Daboll was since he was the QB coach for Daboll. So firing him for Joe Brady is just a lateral move.

It's an entirely different offense than Daboll's offense. No motion, short game, end arounds. They have the players for it, they just never do it. They are looking downfield all the time. Allen became Allen when he took what they gave him and then he popped'em over their heads.
