One thing to keep in mind - the Patriots' "interest" in Vanderjagt could well be just so Edinger's agent isn't in too much of a comfort level in negotioations with the Patriots. Or it could be real, who knows.

I wouldn't be surprised if we were bringing in Vanderjerk to keep Edingers agent from holding up the Pats. Expect Edinger at a lower price than AV or Vanderjerk.

Whatever kicker comes into Patriotland has to be ready for the "following the legend" talk by announcers, writers, and everyone else. OTOH, these guys have enough **** to block out of their minds when they trot out there with the game on the line. Bring me Edinger and I'll get over the Adam departure quicker.
