I am amazed that bill’s going into the season with this wr group. Does he really think guys like Patterson, decker, and dorsett will be good enough with edelman out for the first four games? If we go 3-1 during that stretch i would be ecstatic.

I’ll be shocked if Brady has a passer rating above 90 after the first four weeks. Outside of hogan, Brady has zero chemistry with those other WRs

I think we have a LaFell already in terms of skillset in Hogan. He'd be a little redundant. Who we really need to replace, at least for the first 4 weeks, is Edelman and I think the plan is a combination of Rex, Hollister, and more James White. I don't see the Pats making a flashy move at WR (like Dez or a trade). I think they're gonna tough it out with who they've got

That would be nice. I imagine we would have to part with a fairly valuable player or pick for that, since there sure as hell isn't one currently available.

That’s when he was young but he’s much older now. You wanna make it easier on the guy. Not in love with the wrs. Dorsett and decker need to show you a little more tonight.

You are basically telling him that he's wrong which is ridiculous. You're telling the Denver DL that they're wrong.

How else were they able to get to Brady 20 times? They clearly had a tell that they were working with and nobody did anything about it.

IIRC, Mat Light said the same thing on the felcher and spazz show.

To everyone ready to overreact to whatever we see tonight lets keep in mind that none of the players that make the 53 will do so based on what they have shown in preseason games but it will be about the practices in between the games and whether their "arrow" points up or down.

I've always wondered whether the 2007 offseason was a direct response to the horrible WR group from the previous year, or just a ridiculous alignment of opportunities. We may have our answer in a year.

The flipside of that is that the horrible 2006 WR group may have been an equally ridiculous, negative alignment of constraints and lack of opportunities.
