Assuming C. Long and Gholston are off the board.

7. Clady
62. Avril
69. Ch. Jackson
94. J. Carlson
128. Goff
165. Okam
199. Wheatley

The 2008 draft will be my dream draft if it emphasizes defense and

most of the draftees make the team. I would be disappointed if only

two picks make the team.

Honestly, I've always been intrigued with Dunbar, and thought he could make a good pro. If you read through his scouting reports, you'll find a lot of NE friendly traits, but with his size (6'1" 231lbs) I have a hard time projecting him to ILB in NE's system.

Some of those NE friendly traits:
cerebral (high football IQ, and watches a lot of film) with outstanding instincts and awareness, very good motor, hard worker and team leader (was a team captain), constantly around the ball, reliable tackler, good production, and never takes a play off.

It's to bad he's both undersized, and times slow.

I just don't think there's anyone to trade with at the top of the draft. I'd like to see the following:

1-7 CB - Leodis McKelvin - Troy
2-62 RB - Matt Forte – Tulane
3-69 ILB - Jerod Mayo - Tennessee
3-94 NT - Athyba Rubin - Iowa State
4-128 OLB - Darrell Robertson - Georgia Tech
5-165 CB - Orlando Scandrick - Boise State
6-199 CB/SS - Zackary Bowman - Nebraska (injury prone)
7-239 LT - James Blair - Western Michigan

my dream draft

3. cb flowers vt
3. lb goff vandy
4. cb branch uconn

6. rb aldridge houston
