More important than who we draft next year

While we all know pass rush and OL are a must this off season there is a Bigger issue imo.

Kraft and BB need to talk and discuss our coaching situation. Do we need new coaches or will they get better in another year. Was BB streched too far ? I heard Peppers may leave to coach the Giants I believe.
Is there anyone out there that can help that we can go after?
Not sure any of us can be happy with our coaching this season which used to be a strong point for us.

Are we going to let one of our last leaders on Defense leave...Vince? What about extending Ghost. After these 2 how many are really not expendable?
How will upcapped affect us going into the next 3/4 years.

Other than the draft the only question I have which may never be answered is How bad was Brady hurt this year and will he ever be the same.

Something needs to be done offensively. There's no excuse for today's debacle. You can say we don't have a #3 Wr all day. Fact is that in 2006 our #1 WR was Reche Caldwell and the staff made that offense respectable. You find a way to manufacture points when one thing isn't working. Once our offense hits a bump, that's IT.. they're done for the day. Inexcusable.

A lot of people used to rip on Mcdaniels but this year just showed how much he was worth to this offense, and losing him was probably the biggest blow we had all year.

O'Brien might be a great coordinator one day, but it's clear he wasn't this season. Figuring out if he's the right guy is the most important question to be answered this off-season.
