Vrabel walks on this team he is going to be in the worst situation of his career. Worse than when he won 6 games. How much better do you think he is going to do?

If Vrabel walks on this team, he and whoever the GM is would have about seven months to make it better before they played a game that counts.

I dare say he'd also have a better QB than he ever had in TEN.

I agree on McD, but I don’t want them going back to the EP offense.

McDaniels adjusted away from EP with Cam Newton and Mac Jones. Being a smart player that sees the field well, Maye would benefit greatly from a smart Xs and Os coach like McDaniels or B Johnson or equivalent. I think AVP is gentle and encouraging with Maye, which is great to start, but Maye needs an Xs and Os coach if he is going to reach his full potential.

McDaniels does not equal EP.

Drake Maye is a rookie. His contract runs 4 more years, and then they could franchise him. That’s 5 more seasons at a minimum, and the likehood of top young QB’s not resigning with their team is almost if not non existent. In fact go ahead and try to name one who hasn’t?

I was just replying to the other poster’s point that Maye should look to leave ASAP. Nobody on this board knows what Maye is thinking
