Gotta laugh at Vrabel smacking down the reporter who re-asked almost word-for-word a question that was already asked a few minutes prior... Pure gold

Edit: Lol, this part was clipped out by Pats Press Pass:

Two key pieces:

“A couple of players that probably are on a few lists. There’s two lists that we’re working with now as it relates to the roster: the PUP list, which would be [Austin] Hooper, [Mack] Hollins, Vederian Lowe, and [Jahlani] Tavai. I would expect Tavai back out there tomorrow. Those other three probably will be sometime after that.”

“The NFI list, which would be [Carlton] Davis, [Josh] Minkins, and [Jeremiah] Webb. I would expect Davis and Webb back out there with us tomorrow, and then Minkins, maybe a few more days. Those are just some housekeeping items and just some lists that we use to start camp. With that, what do you got, Karen [Guregian]?

On the news that Stefon Dings has been cleared for practice, presumably passing a physical, and what it means to him that he’s ready for the start of camp just eight months after a ACL surgery?

“Well, I know that everybody heals differently, especially from that type of injury. But I would say that I think it’s just a testament to how hard he worked. Marcus Epps also went through that surgery and worked extremely hard. He’s been out there the last couple of days with us as well. Appreciate their efforts to get back out there and get ready. Then we’ll continue to monitor as we work through training camp.”

And Bill would be proud:

On the fact he called the five weeks over the summer one of the most important parts of the offseason and how he feels about the guys coming back in:

“Whether you were in a coma when I answered Tom [Curran]’s question or typing on your phone or tweeting, I don’t know. But I spent five minutes answering that question. And I could go back through it, but I’d rather not.

I thought of Bill too when I heard it.
Nah. Bill wouldn’t have added the comment about punking as a bit of salve.

Good to hear that Terrell Williams is back and will be on the field.

I really think we are going to get to know Mike Vrabel the ******* a lot this year, and I mean that in a good way. He's going to not take reporters being lazy, like Bill, and he's going to have some fire, like Parcells did. Pressers should be fun.

The more I hear from Vrabel the more I feel we have a 10 year head coach.
Very thankful Kraft righted his wrong and didnt give Mayo a second year to sink us deeper.

Must say it’s nice hearing him spout confidence, knowing what he wants to do and how he’s going to do it. I honestly didn’t think much of vrabes before he came here and I had a chance to hear him and see how he is and I’m very impressed and pleased. This is sooooo different than the clstrfck he who’s name shall not be said made us go through…

AFC East has gotten much tougher with the new HCs in Foxboro and NY. One is very good. The other will be a star. Time will tell who is who.

Last year, for example, the formerly dysfunctional Jets got rid of refs in their practices. Is it any wonder they led the league in penalties?

Vrabel made it very clear to the media not to waste his time, and I expect that to continue. Ask stupid or redundant questions and they will pay the price in public humiliation.

Bill would have just glared and snorted...

I think Vrabel is going to take the ****heads in the press and tear them apart. I would love to see Felger try and challenge him, Vrabel will make him look like the idiot he truly is,

I hope it's more than 10 years. He's only 49. He can coach another 15 easy, maybe more depending on how he feels.

It'd be funny for the team to go from 23 years of Bill, to 15+ years of Vrabel, with one single Mayo speedbump season in the middle.

The owner had an emotional response and felt he should hire 'he who shall not be a real condiment.' His reaction was to use his head and not his heart.
