He can and he will. And really I think the mental part is the bigger challenge.

He might, but if he does, it will be a very dumb business decision. Like working two shifts and getting paid the same as everyone else except they work only one shift a day.

Not to mention how much it would shorten his career because of the exponential increase in wear and tear.
