I live in california.. i grew up watching montana. I have to say i have never understood this relentless hero worship of the guy. Is he a winner? Yes but he also had a bunch of and one and dones against qbs he had no friggen business losing too. Elway and marino were both more talented. And i get that brady is the natural comparison to him. But given the wins, the numbers, and the longevity.. why is this even a ****ing thing. For the life of me i dont get it. Joe was great but its not even worth talking about. And believe me when he was doing it.. he got about as much respect as brady. No one was saying he was the for sure greatest of all time
