The highest Guards taken in the past 10 years were Iupati and Hutchinson at 17. Any team taking him higher then 17 is basically giving up on their season. It sounds more like an attempt at Pouncey to increase his draft stock.

A top ten pick on a guard is incredibly rich. I don't think that's good value at all. If Pouncey gets picked before 20, then I could see him going to the Giants. If the 'Boys want him, then they should trade down for him.
