On the bus I go through the valley of no radio stations. My choices are 1) the Portuguese Language station 2)LET'S TALK ABOUT JESUS! 3) ESPN radio.

Seriously, I'm learning Portuguese and did you know JESUS DIED FOR YOU?

Seriously, Greenberg can be amusing after the Jets game.

That's really funny.

No one on here saw the Houston Texans as the best D. Now after we win the game I hear a lot of people refering to them as the best defense in the league.

Either people under rated the Texans defense. Or
Just saying it now to make the Pats look better after they beat them... but struggled a bit on offense.

To me it seems like the Houston Texans have a really good defense and they came to play last Saturday.

The reason most are saying that is due to the fact that they were like...ya know....the #1 defense in 2016.

Pats fans are reacting from the shock of the turnovers.

Haters are reacting from their greatest wish that there is "there...there"

Patriots have the best Scoring Defense in the League at 15.6 PPG.

-Which is the point most of us were trying to make.

Texans have/had the best Overall Defense in the League at 301.3 Y/G.

-Which is what the media has been calling the best defense in the League.

What you are seeing is more than likely a touch of rueful hyperbole by Pat fans referencing this. (If the media is going to use it to keep from having to call us the best defense in the League then we can use it when we beat the team they've been referring to as the best in the League).

Its an interesting debate .A lot of pats fan point to Pitts lack of TDs last week. But if you just compare skill position players ON PAPER it becomes debatable which offense is the least scary.

I think that the Steelers are a good matchup for us. Belichick excels at taking the top WR out of the game and if we get up by 2-3 touchdowns Bell is not as big a factor.

I'm much more concerned with balance than "scariness." Playoff means trying to take away what you do best. We have power running, elusive running, two receiving threats in backfield, good complement of different kinds of receivers and a top tight end, even without Gronk.

So, when you take away our best, can we still produce? I think so.

No reason anyone would pick Pats to win. If they are right, no one will remember.

I know it doesn't matter who picks who, its not going to effect outcome of the game, but is anyone really hearing anyone in national media picking the Pats? All the picks I've heard so far is Steelers. Guess it just seems weird to me, a 14-2 team in regular season, at home, great home record etc, feeling kind of like a underdog, but I like it!
