Not too happy to have him in the division. Hopefully they can't keep Suh as well though.

For a mid round pick swap :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

salary dump

That is one scary as D-Line.. Just hope that Suh gets cut. I think Suh cap hit is around $16m?

Miami's gameplan has been to basically try to physically eliminate Brady with an injury the way they've been building their roster.

Brady will be 41 next year.... they better have the offensive line PERFECT going forward

I like how Miami is building their team.
They will have vicious pass rush

Dump off to RBs and Slants.. That is one crazy Line though

Rams are close to my heart because my best friend is a Rams fan. He thinks they'd have cut him anyways.

Bet they'll draft Landry to replace him. Putting together a BC defense in Los Angeles.

Assuming Edelman is at least 90-95% back to where he was, the ball will be out of Brady's hand in less than 2 seconds.

How does Miami have the cap?

They're currently about $8M in the red to the 2018 cap, and they're taking on another $11.4M in 2018 cap expense with Quinn. So, that means they need to dump almost $20M in 2018 cap expenses just to get to even with the cap by March 14th.

Cutting Suh saves them only $3.9M. They'd get more via extension-restructuring.

Tannehill could restructure.

Resolving Landry's contract may save them as much as $10M (a $6M-$7M 2018 cap hit on a multi-year deal should be easy to work).

Cutting Wake and Timmons saves them about $8.5M each.

Timmons and Thomas are expected to be cut, and reports are that they will rescind the $9m 5th year option for James. That would free up about $21m of cap space.
