As a now-fully-certified geezer, on my birthday, you must permit me the telling of my favorite family birthday story.
My sister, Gretchen, about 20 years ago, married her husband Steve.
Steve is Jewish, and asked that my sister raise future children in the Jewish faith. Gretchen agreed.
Well, Gretchen got pregnant... and our lovely niece Rebecca was born...
...on December 25th.
Steve said, "I feel like someone's trying to tell me something." LOL
