Hi. Can't find where to tap for a list of all forum members. Is there a way to view everyone's names, even the oldest and inactive ones?

No worries. Up at the top bar, click on your name and then on the drop down, click on your name again. At the top left of your profile page, you'll see a link for members, which will show you everything:
