I have to agree. A little pseudo-intellectual at times. Sure I've laughed and agreed with some things he's said before, but I also find the whole "I'm creative! I'm creative! Be creative! My brand!" shtick throughout the last year to be pretentious and contrived.

Which sort of reminds me of Edelman telling the Steelers CB in Mic'd Up: "The fact you have to keep talking about it means you're not." (paraphrasing)

Exactly, reminded me of LaDainian Tomlinson getting on the podium and saying "I'm a Very Class Person" ........ after Chargers lost in the playoffs in a wild game and Tomlinson attacked Hobbs post-game for doing Merriman's sack dance....... the same Merriman who had to sit out 4 games in that season for steroids abuse suspension. Can't make this stuff up.

Anything goes TD celebrations can't be allowed and it's odd some would even suggest they don't see a problem with it. How about flashing gang symbols? Pull out a prop in the shape of a knife or gun? Or just simulate a knife, gun and executing someone? How about simulate masturbation, a body function? How about spit on the opposing team's field logo? Flip the middle finger to the fans or the other team? Anything goes it A-ok?

This isn't even close and again it's odd there are those that would suggest otherwise. It's reasonable to suggest/argue the TD celebrations are too restricted but silly and un-serious to suggest anything goes is ok.
And the other poster is absolutely spot on. The NFL and MB are acting exactly the same -- maximizing their $$$. Hard to fault either for trying to make good business but MB and the NFL are also acting the same way in going about maximizing business, hyprocrisy and tunnel vision thinking.

Appreciate MB's contribution for the drive for five. Now he's a cheesehead who can go suck a hunk of cheddar (a la Revis was a man among boys until he ended up a ratbird loud mouth POS ).
