Maroney says all the right things

Here is an interview with him in the Press Herald in Maine. Couldn't ask for a better mentality and attitude from a rookie.

"A lot of things are going to be a first for me this year," he said. "I don't look at it differently. I still think of it as just a football game. I still have to go out there and perform."
While Maroney is certainly a leading candidate to be the NFL Rookie of the Year, he's trying not to get too excited about that, either.
"If I get it, I do. If I don't, I don't," he said. "It means a lot, but it doesn't really mean anything for real. You're the Rookie of the Year. OK, you still have to come out next year and get better."
