So, we can’t count on Jacas this year, probably gonna be red shirted his rookie year. A shame, I really hoped he’d be able to help our pass rush this year. Having a hamstring “procedure” is always bad news.

Patriots minicamp Day 1 notes:

- Absent: RT Morgan Moses, EDGE Gabe Jacas and Harold Landry III
- Drake Maye: 19/22, Tommy DeVito: 11/13
- A highlight from Maye was a no-look pass to Rhamondre Stevenson in the flat
- A.J. Brown caught two passes, including one in which he elevated over a defender.
- CB Christian Gonzalez was limited. WR Kayshon Boutte appeared to be a full participant
- OT Caleb Lomu primarily filled in for Moses. Also saw some time at RG in a walk-through period
- LG Alijah Vera-Tucker ramped up his participation
