There are a growing number of Deusolites on this board.Dude, thanks for posting what you have heard, don’t let the Deus irae fan club get to you.
I get that you are not making **** up because your life revolves around winning a message board argument.
As to your last point if you said you don't want to hurt the team everytime you had to punish someone then how do you ever punish someone? And I also don't see how it being his last game matters either you can't send that message either if you're here even if just for one game you should still be held accountable.
He’s still an anonymous poster. But this post has been bookmarked and I’ll be sure to remember it the next time a normally trusted reporter reports on something you don’t like and cites anonymous sources. He has posted here for years. He is not a wild story teller. I went no reason he would lie regardless of what he says.
You really have a warped view of people and human interaction. Everyone isn’t out to lie and do anything dishonest they can think of to make a point on a message board they done even believe in. It must be tough to have to go through life so paranoid.
The logic is why would the guy lie that he knows someone close to the team that told him something and he believes him. What reason is there to do that?
Your logic is the scary one.
We couldn't disagree more. Because it's the super bowl makes it that much more important not to do stupid stuff and that much more important for discipline if needed.
- First, you don't send a message at the Super Bowl. You win the Super Bowl. You send messages during regular season games.
- Second, you don't need to hold someone accountable in the same way when your ditching his ass in about 24 hours. You're ditching his ass in about 24 hours, after all.
- Third, if you decide that it's so important that a message be sent that you have to do it during the most important game of the year, benching the player for a few plays is different from benching him for the whole game, and still sends a message.
- Fourth, if you decide that it's so important to send a message that you have to do it to a starter for the entire game in the biggest game of the year, when that starter will be leaving after the game and it's not a publicly known situation that calls for an immediate response, you may need to seek help for your mental issues, because that's crazy.
Deus thinks Bill was using Malcolm to teach the team a life lesson. We couldn't disagree more. Because it's the super bowl makes it that much more important not to do stupid stuff and that much more important for discipline if needed.

Personal attack? As for your attempted personal attack on me here?
Says the guy who thinks I’m out to get him because I disagree.Pop a hip pill, eat some dinner, and yet your old ass over it. Nobody is paranoid here.
I’m simply using that sponge behind my ears called a “brain” and utilizing critical thinking skills.
So you logic is that it’s funny to think he has no reason to lie? What reason does he have?Actually, my logic is that is that I don’t know whether or not he’s lying.
I’ve never met him. I don’t know him from a hole in the wall.
You don’t have to do that to recognize he has no reason to lie. Therefore, I’m not willing to accept his word at face value even though I’m hoping what he’s saying is the truth.
None is forth coming.I seek further information from other sources.
This is called critical thinking.
Just wow.America, like yourself, doesn’t exercise it enough nowadays which is why, as I mentioned before, foreign entities seek to infiltrate social media.
Oh I can guarantee I’m more educated than you are.I’ve gathered in my time here that you’re not the most educated guy
Your paranoia is out of control today., but marketing circles have a word for people such as yourself that take someone (and especially someone anonymous) at face value and congregate around those people.
MThey’re called “defenders of belief”. They get targeted by companies due to their blind loyalty to a particular brand. You should feel proud that you’re in such an association that’s more concerned with confirmation bias above all else.
Glad I’m ignoring that storylineDeus thinks Bill was using Malcolm to teach the team a life lesson.
People who lack integrity and respect for doing the right thing and holding each other accountable, as a value system can’t see it happening right in front of their eyes.Deus thinks Bill was using Malcolm to teach the team a life lesson.
He blocked me but I won't block him. He's too comical to put on ignoreGlad I’m ignoring that storyline
YepPeople who lack integrity and respect for doing the right thing and holding each other accountable, as a value system can’t see it happening right in front of their eyes.
When you put him on ignore you can still see the responses without the quoted material. It becones obvious when the arrogance overflows then you can view ignored material and get a laugh. The 9 on a scale of 10 arrogance being ignored makes the board more readable and the 10/10 can be found for comic relief. He blocked me but I won't block him. He's too comical to put on ignore

Personal attack?
Says the guy who thinks I’m out to get him because I disagree.
Your “critical thinking skills” led you to believe the guy was lying? You need to hone them quite a bit.
So you logic is that it’s funny to think he has no reason to lie? What reason does he have?
He has posted here for a long time and doesn’t list crazy stuff.
None is forth coming.
I think you don’t understand what critical thinking is. But I’m pretty sure you toss it around yo try to make yourself sound smarter than you are.
Just wow.
Oh I can guarantee I’m more educated than you are.
Your paranoia is out of control today.
You have gone on this tirade because I said I see no reason for the guy to lie.
Suddenly you have turned into Jim Jones.
Get some help.
They still have more incentive to lie and since when do they care about credibility? In spite of the fact that they lose credibility when they get caught where anonymous internet message board poster does not.
That’s not what I did. I called you paranoid because you run around this board acting like everyone is lying. You literally tell people you caught them saying something you think they don’t even believe. You act like you are in a debate contest and everyone picks a side in advance and lies to support it.It was an attempt at one. A bad one, but still an attempt. Calling someone paranoid for exercising common sense falls under that definition.
It’s your MOWhere did I say that? Can you quote it?

Lmaooooo. Coming from you, this is rich. The guy that constructs one 1,200 word thesis after another built entirely on logical fallacies just to give him a reason to get into an argument on the internet. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. You act like you are in a debate contest and everyone picks a side in advance and lies to support it.
Here you don’t like the story so you assume the guy has a reason to lie. I don’t see how he does. THAT is critical thinking
It’s your MO
In this case the ridiculous personal attack. Your argument is that this is an anonymous message board and you find it necessary to make posts attacking someone else’s education, physical health, age, and telling them what they think about things you could not possibly know anything about.
It’s both paranoid and comical.
If you had an argument you wouldn’t do those things.
If you didn’t feel threatened you wouldn’t do those things.
I’m educated enough to know the difference between “that guy has no reason to lie” and “I accept everything he says as biblical truth”. Clearly you are not.In spite of the fact that they lose credibility when they get caught where anonymous internet message board poster does not.
It was an attempt at one. A bad one, but still an attempt. Calling someone paranoid for exercising common sense falls under that definition.
Where did I say that? Can you quote it?
You desperately need to hone your reading comprehension skills. I didn’t say he was lying. If you’d like, I can quote that in a post to him. As usual, you’re floating a straw man (among your normal use of logical fallacies). What I DID say was that I wasn’t simply willing to take his post at face value even if I hoped he was right. I’d like other confirmation. Other confirmation =/= thinking he’s lying. This is an example of why I said that I’ve gathered you’re not the most educated guy on here.
Didn’t go over my head, I said he has no reason to lie, and your panties got bunched.Whooooosh. It went right over your head. I thought it was funny that you were willing to take an anonymous guy’s word at face value because he said something you liked without any other confirmation. Once again, that does not = me thinking he was lying.
Straw manNope, but that doesn’t mean we should take his word at face value.
No they don’t. And it’s not belichicks responsibility to air dirty laundry in fact if he did people would be up in arms that no free agent will ever come here.Oh, it will if there’s any truth to that. Might be a pretty big controversy too since a guy that Belichick is close with (Vrabel) is now coaching him. If that information was withheld, he may not like the team giving Butler $60M. But the facts always come out in the end.
No THINKING is the basis of critical thinking. Taking a nugget out of a complex issue and asking if the person has faith in their source and concluding they have no reason to lie, is a step along the process of critical thinking.Wanting to further confirm that what you’re hearing is the truth instead of taking someone’s word for it because they said something you agreed with is essentially the primary basis of critical thinking. Instead, the pot is trying to call the kettle black here.
The general ignorance of itWhat’s “just wow” about that statement?
Typos when posting from a phone is not a sign of education.Given how prone you regularly are to confirmation bias, coupled with a total butchering of the English language, I highly doubt that.
Your entire posting. I said I see no reason for him to lie and you turned into Richard Simmons at an all you can eat buffet. You’re more than welcome to quote where I called him a liar.
Once you realize your argument here is founded upon a straw man, you may want to rethink your position.
You embarrassed yourself. I’m just cleaning up the mess.Just be butthurt that I thought your logic was hilarious, take your ball, and go home. I’m sorry I embarrassed you when I thought your post was funny.
Of course. Media had agendas. Haven’t you noticed that? I introduce you to John tomase and Chris Mortensen. So, in your world, a media member that has to put his or her name and his or her face to a report has incentive to lie but anonymous internet poster should be believed at the drop of a hat without any other confirmation for anywhere else. What were you saying about critical thinking?
It’s what you do.Andy, are you okay? This makes zero sense. Cite the posts or threads where I “literally tell people I caught them saying something I think they don’t even believe”, whatever that means.
I said he has no reason to lie. That’s it that’s what I said.Andy, what planet are you tonight? For one, I’ve said that I HOPE what he is saying is true because it makes more sense to me. For another, I’m not assuming ANYTHING about him. That’s why I’d like further confirmation. Come on, bud. This ain’t that hard.
That’s a load of crap. Personal attacks are your calling card.I don’t go personal until someone does it to me. But once it happens, I can usually do it better than they can. So you crying foul on that falls on deaf ears. Maybe next time just go right at me instead of trying to be a passive-aggressive pus$y about it. Furthermore, it’s no surprise you don’t think I have an argument. You’re so lost that you don’t even know what my argument is.
Considering we hung in there throughout, I'd say a little better play from those two and Malcolm on the field could have made a major impact. Enough to win? Perhaps not. But enough not to look like hot garbage. So if our 5th corner and 3rd strong safety played better they would have made up for the enormous disparity in depth, talent and mass between the Philadelphia offensive front and New England's injury ravaged defensive front?
We played our best, it didn't matter, the Eagles were the better team. Mainly because they were healthy.
Leading up to the Super Bowl Butler was easily our weakest defender in the playoffs, he played like dog meat, in his own words.
Malcolm Butler would have been a fart in a hurricane against that offense.
We couldn't disagree more. Because it's the super bowl makes it that much more important not to do stupid stuff and that much more important for discipline if needed.
If I assumed this to be 100% true (while obviously dumb on Butler's part) Belichick didn't have to tie it into the Super Bowl.I got criticized for saying it earlier in the thread because I can't say how I know but when Stephen went to check on him for missing practice sick he was drunk and high and got into it with Stephen (not physically).
