Cam gave out stupid nicknames, perhaps in an effort to establish himself as the alpha on the team. Why does Mac need a nickname? Seems like we had a QB with a one-syllable name for a while and he did OK w/o a nickname. Ditto for a couple of guys named Steve and Drew.
