Saw a clip of Brock Purdy vs. Dallas. On coming rusher, Purdy steps into the throw, good mechanics, touchdown, crushed by pass rusher. Mac would have been falling back, throwing with no steam with just a prayer.

The first two week, Mac threw some nice passes with people coming at him. He was constantly under pressure and making throws. The Jets game is where it started to get more sloppy and then the last two games was a disaster.

Wasn't like that earlier in the year. He stepped up and made a couple of good throws against both Philadelphia and Miami. But he's taken a lot of hits and I'm sure a few of them hurt, and he's definitely not playing the same way.
