Don't need to read the article to know that the NBA draft lottery was rigged. Its a statistical improbability for what happened to have happened.

It was less than a "50 in a million" chance that the lottery happened the way it did. The 3 worst teams each got their absolute worst possible pick, Atlanta had to get a top 3 pick in order to keep it (or it would have been traded to Phoenix), and the two teams with the lowest NBA fan attendance got Oden and Durant to revitalize those franchises. It's unlikely it was rigged, but it is highly improbable and kind of fishy:
