  1. Harbaugh was told after the Seattle loss he would not be back
  2. Seems mgmt already decided on Tomsula - the interviews were a sham.
...It also begs the question of whether the 49ers really conducted much of a head coaching search, if things between Harbaugh and Tomsula were awkward during the final weeks of the season. If Tomsula knew at that point that he was going to get the job, then what of the various interviews the 49ers conducted with top candidates after the season?

The 2-3 teams on my meltdown list are Denver, San Francisco, and depending on the QB situation - Philadelphia

Did not include the Jets, Raiders, and Browns as they melted down years ago.

What are we calling a meltdown? It seems like all three of those teams had tough seasons but are you saying they will have a Saints type meltdown and go 6-10/7-9? I could definitely see the eagles and 49ers having that type of season
