Looking for Deltha O'Neal signing contract info

Sorry guys if I dont know how to search for it well. I went on to like the first few pages of every Oneil thread(got old fashioned dial up so be sympathetic,lol)but couldnt find it. I figured to bring it up because we picked him up so fast....and we likely are paying whatever deal he had with Cincy. I saw Miguel had him down for 730K this year, is that the whole thing? I dont know exactly how we are fixed to the cap with so many transactions coming so quickly....But I suggest that their need for him(and I think I heard BB talk about expecting his release) may have been more desperate than we thought(though that could just be there was competition for him). Additionally, could his aquisition have been prohibitive to keeping CJ?? Wondering how far under the cap we are because after the roster settles down I imagine a new contract for Vince might be in order....anyways, thanks in advance for the help to the link if you find one.

You answered your own question and already went to the right source: Miguel's page. NFLPA.org confirms (and that's where Miguel likely got it) it's a 1-year deal for $730k with no signing bonus, meaning it qualifies for the veteran minimum rule, making O'Neal's cap number $445k.
