Probably, at least I wouldn't be surprised.

Strange is going to get picked up really fast.

I think he will pass through waivers. He has a $2.4 million base. It would become fully guaranteed if someone claims him on keeps him on the roster through week 1. So teams will likely let him pass through waivers.

Herbert was released by the Clots.
He was pretty good when Montgomery went down in Chi.
He didn't do so well last year, but I don't know the circumstances.

Anyone interested in Pharaoh Brown coming back? Miami released him.

Didn't he get injured?
Yes but only out for a few weeks. Posterior cruciate ligament. I think he's worth the risk but I can see why the team wouldn't.

Can he block effectively?

I would be really surprised. That's not much and teams that run zone are really in need of interior linemen all over the NFL.

Strange’s contract is guaranteed. If he’s not claimed, the Pats will pay him $2,3 million less salary offsets if he should sign on with another team.

I’m fairly confident he will just end up on NE’s practice squad.

Major project. Not sure we have the roster spot or time to develop him. We would be better off with a vet who has lots of tape.
Might be worth a spot on PS. Keep stocking the pipeline.
