Give the man a break. He plays for the Lions. Putting your helmet on the right way counts as an accomplishment for that team.
That being said, I do hope he crushes Cutler this year and that they do better than they usually do. Purely out of pity for their fans.

this had me out of the chair.

Ummm......... not a good example to use, dude. How did our year end?

We came off a loss the first time, a win the second. That is the difference. He is motivating the Patriots. I'm quite happy with that.

He should talk smack. The Patriots laid down like dogs while the Lions punched them in the mouth. I'm still pissed. My brother said that the Pats were heartless and had no fight or toughness. I hope that none of that is true.
Overall the damn team SUCKED!! I hope they learned something from it.

Literally.....

especially on Gears of War.

COD comunity probably is the worst. And it's not a XBL only thing. The PSN COD comunity is just as bad. The only diference is that every Xbox comes with a headset while the PS3 doesn't.

I'd take Suh on the Pats anyday. I love the nastiness that he brings. I just wished Mankins had turned around and nut punched him instead of just doing an impression af one of the Sedin sisters and waiting for the ref to throw a flag. It's preseason. Take the flag and the ejection/fine now instead of a playoff game.

Well... They did beat the pats up. They earned the right to talk some smack. Preaseason or not they played well and the Pats did not. Chalk it up as learning, and move on.

Nothin' to get all bent up over here.

The Detriot Lions have been a friggin laughing stock for years and this guy is leading by example and barking back a little.

I have to say the whole Mankins thing, for me, was a total non-issue - Mankins is nearly always the first guy piling into the fray (thats what we love about him, right?).

Suh was looking after one of his team-mates and telling the rest of the NFL that his team won't be pushed around.

i wish Suh was on this team, "sigh".

How dare he.

Someone ought to write the commissioner for this outrage

I know it, just think if we had the 1st pick every year he could be

We could have Suh, Stafford, and Johnson

I''ll bet every Lions fan is thinking right now about how much it must suck to have to root for the Patriots.

Yes

Because he was clearly implying that life as a Pats fan is terrible. :bricks:

Suh will be a NY Jet in the not too distant future..He fits their Persona like a glove.

Don't know about that. How many years was his contract? 5 years? Plus there's such a thing called the franchise tag. They would have to mortgage the team to acquire him. That is, top draft picks plus a $100+ million contract. And that team (the Lions) would basically be announcing that they don't want to win, even if a great player hit them in the face. Wouldn't sit well with the poor fanbase.

But if you were just making the point that he's got a lot of bravado, then yes he talks like a Ryan acolyte, but at least has the punch to back up his words.

Keep it coming, Suh. I remember what happened to the last team that gloated over a victory over the Pats. 45-3.

Congratulations on your preseason victory.

then the jets beat you in the playoffs....that probably wasn't the best example you could have used, right?

Thats already been said, almost word for word.

But you already knew that, right?

So do the Jets and Rex Ryan.

The Lions have sucked for so long this might be looked at as a huge win.
