Leon Washington released; CB Justin Green promoted from PS to active roster

i didn't picture washington doing anything else besides KR, so this signing was puzzling.

The Leon Washington signing was far from the most egregious personnel decision, and next year (and every year thereafter) there will be unproductive signings as well.

Unfortunately, our free agent signings from other teams resulted in almost zero production; either due to injury, bad luck, or a combination of both.

Luckily, we were able to retain some of our own key players, and this helped to offset the lack of production from the outside pickups.
