Can Kraft and company counter sue him for maliciously trying to ruin their reputation. Jeopardy showed how the damage is done.

People should not be able to sue so recklessly so easily. It would be nice if he would have to pay the Pats' attorney fees. There should be some kind of disincentivizer.
