Kraft regrets giving Belichick so much power without “checks and balances” in place.

I don't know that I am "hammering" it, but yeah I am making a factual statement.

Of course, an awful lot of people in this forum get triggered by facts, as you are so aptly demonstrating.

Are you sure that's "you are" and not "your," genius?

That's what I thought, you are stupid.

I can't because I was setting you up so until you answer I have no response
Yes you were setting me up by asking questions in bad faith and I didn't fall for it. So now since you won't answer my simple question, it appears we have reached an impasse.

That's ok you know what you were doing too

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand you still haven't pointed out a single thing I said which is inaccurate. You haven't even pointed out anything you disagreed with, you simply decided to show us how stupid you are (or is that "your"? I keep forgetting!!) for no real reason at all.....

I never said anything you posted was inaccurate. What I posted was that your post implied Schotty was a better HC than BB. But then you're too dumb to understand that.

Not once did I imply Schottenheimer was a better overall HC than Belichick and your complete lack of adult reading comprehension skills does not shift the blame to me.

I isolated a 5 year portion of Schottenheimer's career and compared it to a 5 year portion of of Belichick's career, accurately pointing out Schottenheimer did better in Cleveland than Belichick did. Only a moron would infer from that statement Schottenheimer was the overall better coach over their respective 20+ year careers.

According to your logic, if someone said "Baker Mayfield is having a better season this year than Patrick Mahomes" (which is a true statement) then you would reply "Your <sic> so stupid!! You think Baker Mayfield is a better QB than Mahomes!!"

We know why you isolated those years specifically to make those arguments.

Again, you're playing stupid or are stupid.

And this is why BB should still be here with no checks and balances
Why? So he could win 4 games?

You do realize the teams biggest issue right now is a lack of talent and the number one contributor to that is Bill Belichick. Maybe Mayo is over his skiis and will prove he isn't the guy, but Bill proved beyond a shadow of the doubt that he isn't the answer anymore.

I didn't make an argument, I simply stated a fact. Too bad you're (your?) not smart enough to understand that.

Disagree. The teams biggest problem is coaching and management.

Kraft should regret the decisions he made this off-season.

Hopefully, this season forces RKK to reflect and clean the entire house out and move away from the failed coaching tree.

No the teams problem is players. There are issues with coaching 100%. But the primary reason the team is losing is because they just are not close to as talented as the teams they play.

My biggest problem with the Mayo hire was him being a Bill Belichick tree guy. It's been clear for years he does not groom his assistants and keeps a lot of what did work for him close to the vest and that many guys haven't found the secret to emulating his best qualities. Also as great as Bill is, he's not a coach who has an innovative system. He's a coach who knew so much about football that he could create a team that adapted to almost every situation. It's not like the Shanahan tree where you just have this amazing offensive system that works and the guys who coach under it learn the whole thing inside and out and can apply it to a team.

This has been a problem with posters for many years now. It's as if they don't watch any other team than the Pats. It's been clear for years their talent is inferior, but I see the same names being posted over and over again that are irrelevant around the NFL.

You are then not seeing the issue well. we needed a decent QB last year. We were just about the same as Commanders. coaching and management is our biggest problem now. Mayo and co have no idea what they are doing, don't have a plan, think just being super nice and transparent is what young people need. They will find out!

I agree. I guess I should have used punctuations.

I've said for years, way too many people were in denial of how bad the talent has gotten and really wanted to believe there was just one key element that was making everything look FAR worse than it was.

Mac was a mediocre QB, but he wasn't some all time bad Curtis Painter type. Teams with good talent could do respectable with mediocre QB's. We see it all the time. Now that we think we might have the QB, it has to be coaching. That's the special change.

The truth is, the team is ****ing dreadful and needs a very methodical rebuild that might take awhile. And we are just going to set ourselves back if we keep looking for easy scapegoats and quick fixes.

Thanks for confirming you are stupid and simply not playing it.
