Congrats to Koppen... but (not sure about you guys) I'm looking forward to Vince Wilfork matched against Dan Koppen.

It is a new era. The last of the "metaphors" exits the dynasty. Koppen was said to be the brains of what was always a pretty cerebral unit. Maybe the young Broncos center has position flexibility. Denver should be scanning the wire for any edge because with Manning aboard that division is their's for the taking.

Mixed emotions on this. Glad Dan got to continue to play and sad that he's gone. I wish him the best (except when he plays against the Patriots) and thank him for all the good years he played for the Patriots.

Yeah, seeing Koppen lined up across from Wilfork is going to be interesting. Hopefully he lives through it.
