Saw this article in the feed. It was really cool to watch the attached video with my Son. In a lame ass, fan kinda of way, it felt like watching this video was some sort of passing the torch. I was able to identify a few guys, but he immediately knew who most of them were. These are his NE Patriots now. Hopefully he can share even a fraction of joy as a fan in his young adult life as I did.

I don't think people casually watching the draft always pay much attention to who's supposed to go where. They just root for the guys they've heard of. It's easy for a Patriots fan, or player, to know who Metchie is because he played with Mac Jones in college.

He was at MacJones' house. I didn't think it is interesting at all, but that is just my opinion. It would be far more interesting if he was saying that he didn't want the Pats to draft Metchie at all.

The only interesting thing I heard in this video, I coulda sworn I heard Mac ask Bourne if he’s staying over, and I thought I heard Bourne say he has his own room in the house. That might mean they are very close, which is cool. I know Hunter Henry is a neighbor of Mac’s (Hunter mentioned that). So it’s great that Mac had all these guys over and how close the team seems, good chemistry.
