Agreed, I had also expected Harper would be signed the the practice squad. I had figured that BB had just determined that Harper wasn't ready for the spotlight now, but he still had promise for the future. However, it does kind of look like BB has completely moved on from Harper, I wonder what the behind-the-scenes story is?

After he retires, if BB ever writes a tell-all book I'll be the first in line to buy it.

We had last season before the Colts signed him off our practice squad to their 53 man roster. He is an interesting prospect, considered a 2nd or 3rd round pick entering the NFL and ended up going undrafted. He played with Clowney.

Eagles have tall WRs, and therefore they signed Hill this week to prepare for the Eagles. They will cut Hill and sign Harper next week when they prepare for the Texans. They will cut Harper the following week and sign Hill again to prepare for the Titan.........
