Matt Cassel is turning into a heck of a QB. I'm not calling him a HOFer or anything, but think about this:

Draft Selection #199, 2000 (Comp. Pick) & Draft Selection #230, 2005

I'm going to sit down and watch the game on NFL replay tonight, already knowing the outcome and just soak in the play of our team (and watch for Redd at the tail end). Look at these pictures and think of what they COULD mean to the Patriot's Dynasty some day.

Well said......

Nice pictures too....

I love seeing all these pictures of Brady/Cassel. I can't explain it exactly, but it's cool seeing the mentor/mentee relationship. Like in these pictures:

And especially this one:

i forget all about Cassel when Brady is in the picture.
wow, i didnt even realize that.
just a weird thing that happened.

anyway, great pix!

Real cool lay out there, dude. Thanks.
Yup, this has the potential of being quite the legacy.

I agree, Looking at the pics, the only thing I could think was how much i miss brady.

This is all well and good, but the bottom line is this kid is a free agent after the season and has played superbly, they could be 9-2 right now had a couple of breaks gone their way. Barring a meltdown, this team is going to make the playoffs and some team is going to back up a Brinks truck for this kid, and well they should.

He has proven he is an NFL QB and there's no way he signs on for short money to back up Brady, ain't gonna happen.

I am thrilled for him, he's a man and has proven a boatload of people wrong, the "all he has to do is manage the game" label has been removed and he is a bonafide NFL QB now...................

Oh, I know, but whatever he goes on to, no one will forget how it started.

I think you might be forgetting a key element in this equation... BB

BB and Brady.

Which makes Cassel, Luke.

This thread gets me thinking about how cool the game will be when Brady plays against Cassel. That is going to be a national game IMO and it should be a real fun one.

To continue on the Star Wars theme lets hope this isn't the case "When I Left You I Was But the Learner, Now I Am the Master."

Agreed, those are really great pics. They serve as a nice reminder of just how vital a player like TFB is to our team and how close those 2 stayed. Awesome pics Jsn, thanks for posting them

The ONLY image that matters:

We were having a nice conversation about some pictures and about the two good QBs we have and you have to go and ruin it by reminding us of something we already know.

Besides that image will be erased sooner rather than later

Agreed. Let the coach worry about getting the team focused on the wins and losses. As fans, we should soak in and appreciate this season while we can.

I better brady smacks him around like an older brother smacking around his younger brother, who suddenly seems a lot bigger than he use to be, then its proven that big bro still has alot on him.
