Jumping on the OLB bandwagon

I would prefer the one dimensional pass rushing demon that can come in on 3rd and long and make the QB have to unload the ball before he wants to.

That's my feelings - especially when we have AD, I think we started doing a lot more of 2-4-5 before the injury. With that personnel, you know that at least one of the OLBs is rushing the passer, and in a fair share of the time both OLB are, so if you have one one-dimensional OLB, I personally don't think its an issue. Especially since he has plenty of time to develop into a true Pats OLB given we have AD & Vrabel.

We did the Virginia - Va. Tech game yesterday and I have to say, I was not impressed with Sintim. He didn't do much out there and provided little as an edge pass rusher against a Va, Tech OL and offensive team that isn't that good.
Sintim is leading the country in sacks as a LB, so you can not put too much stock in one game, however, I was disappointed.
