True, though apparently Jerry is a marketing genius.

How else to explain how the Cowboys are on primetime or exclusive 4:30 nationwide television broadcasts, week after week, year after year - despite the fact that they have not advanced further than a divisional round playoff loss in 30 years?!!!!

Once again, in 2025 no other team - not even either of the two that went to the super bowl six months ago - will be broadcast in primetime/4:30 games more often than your 10-loss Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys are a huge draw because of all the 40 and 50 somethings who grew up rooting for them, the Lakers and the Yankees.

Yep; Stiddy should've started the last game of the 2020 season, but screw the best interests of the T-E-A-M, Little Bill had a record to catch...
And now he won't. Was just thinking that if teams around the league really cared about that record at least 1 of them would have hired BB to break it with them. Kraft might have kept him on board even if he had to limp to the record. All of that didn't happen so draw your own conclusions about what people think about that record.

To be honest people will and should give more credit to Brady anyway if he breaks the record so what's the point.

Yep; low-hanging fruit for low-IQ folk.

Man, we really took Dallas to the cleaners on this trade. We got a 5th rounder for Milton?? I wouldn't be surprised if Dallas cuts him.

Another barely cromulent performance so far.

Another typical Milton pass. Tough to tell from this angle but trust me, the receiver was wide open. The ball was thrown about 2 yards outside and fell harmlessly to the ground. Milton is just not capable of hitting the small windows of the NFL.

Just finished watching JM3 at Dallas - Holy Crap he looked bad. Way worse than last preseason. Where was this guy during the Bills game when he completed his 1st 10 in a row or something like that? He prob would still be on the Pats with little hope of being a starter after that crap show.... and he was my draft Beankie. I still think he'll succeed eventually, but wow that sucked... Tebow-esque... I don't think I've seen him that overwhelmingly bad his entire last college season.

Here’s to hoping Joe Milton is better at 28 than he was at 27.

I still can’t believe they traded him and kept Maye, biggest mistake Vrabel has ever made. Joe Milton could win them more games against teams that are trying to lose than Maye ever could.

Too funny! Hopefully the folks on here who were ready to put him in Canton got a little reality check. It’s a different game when the opposing defense doesn’t actually want you to beat them.

Well Joe Milton gave us Campbell instead of Travis Hunter, maybe, just maybe, in the long run this will be better.

I like Campbell and think he’s going to be really good player for them for a long time, but he’s got some big tests coming his way, and there are going to be ups and downs for him, especially this season. Starting your career against Max Crosby is going to be just the first one.
