one bust traded for another. i guess since they have both sucked so hard for their respective teams, the gms were like why the heck not. maybe a change of scenery will turn things around for em. but most likely not. Jason Smith was an epic bust though, #2 overall pick. Wow. And he was taken in the 2009 draft BEFORE the NFL capped rookie salaries and signing bonuses. Ouchie.
