JETS SUCK 2024 EDITION (OFFICIAL): THE SECOND COMING

This might be one of the best wins vs the Jets of all time. I can’t think of many that were better. Any time that you send them into an existential crisis afterwards, it’s pretty excellent.

Most of the best ones were when the Pats were good and the Jets thought they were good but the Pats knocked them back to reality. In this instance, the Pats are bad and the Jets are supposed to actually be good but have been losing and losing, and this was their “get right game”, but the Pats put the dagger in them instead even after they took Maye out of the game in the first half. They beat the Jets Super Team with ****ing Brisket and Booty on a game winning drive and then enforced their will on a 1 yard touchdown push.

I agree! They didn't get beaten by the GOAT at QB. They didn't get beaten by the phenomenal rookie, they knocked him out of the game with a dirty hit. They got beat by the career journeyman QB! They are literally last in the AFC East. All this after two seasons of going "all in"! They had a better record under Bim and McMilfson!

This is more crushing than the Buttfumble Game or Zach's "seeing ghosts" game. They came into this game thinking they were still good, they left it knowing they aren't!

Tuna Bowl

Jets part starts at around 7.5 minutes in.

Rex: about this darkness thing, maybe we oughtta turn the damn lights on im in TEARS

Greeney drops multiple amazing quotes but the one that really hits was that the 24 jets are one of the most colossal fails in sports history

So get this... Mayo says that Maye was pulled out of the game by the league itself... Mayo thought he was fine and he did not see any issues, but the league called down and said Maye had to be checked out and then also told Mayo he was not allowed to play for the rest of the game. Mayo wanted to bring him back in but the league said no.

Considering the awful Jets-slated officiating in this game, it seems like the league was doing everything it could to give the Jete a win, including pulling Drake Maye out of the game themselves. But somehow they still lost to Brisket & Booty.

Not the 1st time NY has done that to a team. Yet Josh Allen can be out cold, get helped to the sideline and they let him back in the game. Guessing the League Office had a lot of money on the Jets.

I love how none of these sports "experts" even brings up the fact that the kicker cost them this game, and probably two more as well. The guy most directly responsible for getting Bim fired and blowing up their entire season is largely getting away scot-free. Granted he's overall a shining example of the kind of player da Jete choose to sign, but still, it's so funny he's walking down the street whistling Dixie as the Meadowlands burns to the ground.

Woody Johnson?

Woody Johnson?
Good point, he is responsible for so many aspects of Jete suckage, but he also gets called out a lot by the fans. He doesn't get called out by the mainstream media very much because he's one of the princes of the NFL and calling out an owner is bad for your career. Meanwhile the kicker clearly sucks and cost the team three games while the media seems to be ignoring him.

Well the GM likes the kicker so...

The league sucks. Freakin' corrupt BS.

This was entertaining. Best line: “…this was not the Aaron Rodgers of old. He’s just an old Aaron Rodgers.”

Just cut to the chase and rename them the New York Losers, or the New York Stank. They set another milestone

Jets became first NFL team ever to lose when posting this stat line

It gets worse for the Jets.

The Jets scored 20-plus points, didn't commit a single turnover and held their opponent under 250 total yards. Before Sunday, NFL teams were 750-0 all time when generating that box score. The Jets are the first to lose.

Ouch.

Only the narcissism of a Jete fan (Greeney) would allow a statement to be made that suggests the Jete are relevant to history at all.

Even BB is getting in on the fun

It’s been months since the Belichick and the Patriots parted ways, but the eight-time Super Bowl-winning coach has still been quietly rooting for his old team—even if he and his successor, Jerod Mayo, have different definitions of the word, “soft.”
He also apparently couldn’t hide his Patriots game balls from his many wins over the Jets during his 24-season head-coaching tenure in Foxboro.

Yeah, the one behind me, I think that was our 21st straight win,” Belichick said with a wry smile. “I had a few Jets balls up there on the shelf, so thought this would be a good time to pull them out.”

If I'm Breece Hall, I'm screaming to any microphone and iPhone pointed in my general direction that I want a trade. Garrett Wilson, same thing. Their careers are being wasted.

So what he’s saying is he has some Jets balls nailed to his wall
