Its the '72 Dolphins that should have the asterisk if Pats go 19-0

If NE does the sweep and goes 19-0,Don Shula says the Patriots should have an asterisk next to the team name because of the cameragate issue.

Well don't you think if New England goes 19-0 that Shula and the '72 Dolphins should have an Asterisk after THIER team?

Think About it,Both teams will have gone undefeated all season but New England needed to win 2 more games to earn the undefeated title

So I would like to see this in a paper after the Super Bowl (if we do go unbeaten).....


The Boston Herald should have headlines like this if/when we win the SB ....

2007 Patriots win all 19 games and tie the 1972 Dolphins as only undefeated teams ever in NFL History and with this added in small print for Shula and Mercury to enjoy... (*Undefeated Dolphins played 17 games,not 19)

i wish all * talk would go away. its overdone and old as can be. It started in the 60s with roger marris for gods sake! the phins won the games they had to play, and the patriots are winning the games they have to play. that is all you can do
