I think Bryant is only a RT.Bryant has 19 career snaps on offense and was drafted in the 7th round. They brought Munford in for a reason.

Maybe one too many "LT's" there...
Munford is insurance against Lowe going down with an injury while Campbell is out. And probably Lowe’s successor next year. He’s played for Josh before. That’s why he could take meaningful game snaps just days after coming in the door.I think Mumford might be a better swing tackle. I think Bryant is only a RT.
He played Left Tackle at Missouri for 4 years.I think Mumford might be a better swing tackle. I think Bryant is only a RT.

We also have better options as backup LTs. Both Lowe and the recently signed Munford were in the 2022 draft class, so much more experienced than our rookies. He played Left Tackle at Missouri for 4 years.
We do, however, have a better option at left tackle, also already on the roster. Same draft class.
Yes, but even though he has college experience, what I was reading suggested he has the build Josh likes for RTs, not LTs. If we were desperate, we could use him as LT, but I don’t think they see him as a real LT.He played Left Tackle at Missouri for 4 years.

Missed that... Oops.. you did say you wanted road graders...Bryant is a road grader?
I like how Mumford was used against the giants.. seemed like it was effective.. I think we see more of this going forward..I think Mumford might be a better swing tackle. I think Bryant is only a RT.
Right now H. Henry is older and having a better season than likely or my guy Pitts. I feel we draft a TE and add one in FA.. Hooper may/may not return?you think that TE heavy offense is going to let their TE2 walk?
i dunno about that... doesn't hurt to kick the tires... what would you offer him?
Actually vertical and broad jump are one of the first things I look for in an offensive lineman. I know everyone thinks they need to be strong, and they do, but more then that they need to be explosive. That's coach speak for how fast they get out of their stance, how quickly they can get to a spot, and drive their guy two yards backwards. So much of playing oline is leverage and positioning, low man wins and being where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there."Zero Vertically movement skills" as a "Liability"?
What are you talking about, that nonsense RAS?
He'd be an offensive lineman, how high does he need to jump?
Agreed, athleticism matters a lot. It’s not everything, there is a mental aspect that’s hard to quantify, but saying athleticism is meaningless is absurd.Actually vertical and broad jump are one of the first things I look for in an offensive lineman. The best correlation to explosion we have is jumping. Wilfork could dunk a basketball. That is absurd for a man that large but it's part of what made him so dominant, he was almost always the first one to his spot. Big part of why I was ok at best in HS despite being 6'4 320 is my vertical is about 6 inches. Plenty big and strong enough just not explosive at all.
Is that another way of saying his arms are too long?Yes, but even though he has college experience, what I was reading suggested he has the build Josh likes for RTs, not LTs. If we were desperate, we could use him as LT, but I don’t think they see him as a real LT.
What makes any player a road grader?Bryant is a road grader?
Me LIKELY….Very LIKELY to happen ....
Another extension for the Ravens with a big time, upcoming free agent. They had Andrews, Jones, Lindebaum and Likely as 4 guys due for long term/sizable deals and now 4 are extended.
