With former UM head man Butch Davis at UNC they seem to have accumulated a bevy of NFL caliber talent even if they carry the same baggage as alot of UM players did. Back in the day, before UF BB used to be enamored with UM players. Wilfork. Lewis. Reed. Coaching those all star games BB had plenty of exposure, some would say too much with Meriweather but what the hek... Quinn, Carter, Little and Austin will certainly raise some eyebrows even among skeptics but what chance do they have at gaining BB's approval? Could we have swapped pipelines?? It happens that Carter is my Binky this year.

Interesting way to look at it.....I'm iffy on the UNC players, although I wouldn't mind seeing BB draft any of them.

In the Patriots' system, not the many websites listing his college position or generic 4-3 defense position.

In the majority of cases, any player who is playing linebacker in a 4-3 projects to ILB for the Pats. Carter is no exception. The vast majority of Pats OLB prospects played 4-3 DE in college.

I thought you were talking about Michigan and got all messed up.

But yeah, it was suppossed to be an all-time great defense last year before the suspensions. I don't know if they have somebody left for next season, like The U had at, for instance, LB (Lewis -> ? -> Morgan -> Vilma -> Benson) or RB (The Edge, McGahee, Gore, Portis) some years.
