Patriots Rumor Is Mike’s job security in any danger now? (Vrabel Allegedly Caught Kissing Russini in New Photos 6-Years Ago)

A report indicating the Patriots are potentially in the market for this player, or have expressed or plant to express interest.
... dipshits ... mental defectives ... Complete morons ...

Judgmental, sanctimonious c@nt

Thank you ... for fall[ing] so perfectly into the trap I set.

All one has to do is say something so incredibly self evident such as "it is morally wrong to have a 6 year affair" and in today's society, someone will call them a "Judgmental, sanctimonious c@nt".

Come on man. Clearly that's not "all you said" lol. Let's try to engage in good faith here and not "set traps".

That, or because other people keep trying to quash it.
You guys stop posting about it.

Whoever the invisible person is trying to quash it will keep trying.

We’ll see what disappears first, this thread or the invisible man.

If this was the Jets HC nobody would be defending the guy
Should we tar and feather him, parade him in the public square? Should he self flagellate and ask for forgiveness?

Maybe everyone just stops talking about it and it goes away, only to reappear once in a while as a joke. Or you could keep going on about it like gossiping schoolgirls.

I want to see evidence this won’t be a distraction going into the season and no, us talking about it on this forum isn’t an issue. If Vrabel can show us that he’s trying to become a better version of himself and the team doesn’t come out flat and disengaged, this story will go away but if the team comes out poorly and he doesn’t look focused on the job, then that’s that. I don’t get why it bothers you so much that we talk about our HC on the Pats forum. It’s not a personal attack on you. I don’t think anybody here is calling for his job and if somebody was, I disagree with their stance.

If there's a paternity test and it doesn't go well for Vrabel and Russini then that's a distraction that will be too much to overcome and I believe he will step down. Unfortunate but it is what it is.

You are one of the visible people trying to quash it.

You need to practice what you preach, just stop posting.

If it bothers you, hit the Ignore button on the thread.

Expressing your discontent only gives the thread new energy.

Personally, I hope everyone involved would think of the kid first and not share any such information publicly.

Also, I don't think it changes much. Vrabel's statements are consistent with an admission of guilt of adultery. Whether or not that relationship resulted in a child years ago doesn't change the situation much, IMO.

Again, odds are good that the team gets off to a good start in the fall and this thing just fades away.

IANAL... then again, looking at the cases brought recently by high-profile "lawyers," it seems like there's more of a case here than in tons of high profile cases. So, he's got a case, but only if he wants to rewire courts instead of coaching football, claim that retribution against non-opponents is the job, and drag the Patriots into the toilet.

I am going to go lay out seashells to say "8650" now.

This post is not political
My post was about Russini's case, not Vrabel's.

You people are feeding this oxygen.

He cheated, get over it.

It has nothing to do with football or anything related to football operations.

Only here to say that I don't give a crap about what Vrabel did.

Did he exploit a kid? Physically injure a woman? Did he break a law?

People deserve private lives. Unless it's a lawmaker who is going out of their way to attack a group because of their own self-loathing, a personal life is none of my business.

No, every day I wake up and assume this thread will be at the bottom of the page or gone entirely. Yet every day I wake up, including draft day, and it’s still at the top. So every third or fourth day I comment on it asking for a return to sanity.

I’m not trying quash it, as if that were even within my power. What’s to quash, he did it. It’s a common occurrence.

The same few posters are keeping this thread at the top of the queue. What’s left to discuss?

He cheated, it has nothing to do with football. You’re just projecting because you’ve largely involved with keeping this thread alive.

Clearly there are some media accounts here spamming the board to create talking points and content. Nobody else could be this interested in someone else’s marriage.

I had a great post that really walked the political line well then deleted it because of the pretty much universal self censorship that we have to do here at Patsfans because we're crazy fcks that will come out swinging with machetes one day about anything that can be painted as politics. Jonathan Swift would be murdered in his mother's basement if he were alive.

anyway... I think that the amount this matters to the average fan is somewhere south of "not at all." We're only keeping it alive b/c of one guy spelling out 8650 in seashells, which is not any kind of comment on the actual meaning of the numbers (although 50 was Vrabel's).

I mean that's a pop culture reference but totally politically neutral.

I have to be non-humorous and direct to post in this environment, I know. The main thing is... HOW is this a story, and WTF kind of locker room is going to want to play for you less because of your wedding vows? He's their coach not their wife.

Ok, huge expenditure of time to say I'm not allowed to say the thing, but it was funny, and barely political, just referential.

And yes, I know this board is doing what it has to do - just letting off steam.

So that just goes to my ability to focus on it rather than mock it. Now that I've got my mockery frustration out of the way let me look again... then I need to get out of here

It would be totally gone if you just use the Ignore button. Problem solved. No need for the daily check.

Why does it bother you if other people are finding something worthy of further discussion?

I hope you realize by now that everyone doesn't have to see things the same way as you do.

I hope you also realize that no one's gonna stop talking about something just because you don't think they should.

Chances are that such push-back makes people more likely to engage, not less.

Definition of “good faith” to religious zealots is anything that supports or aligns with their own private beliefs, in their eyes. They are crusaders in a religious war and all is fair in war, when they do it but not when it’s done to them.

The newly found fake morality crap that many of you are vomiting is so ridiculous. Hollywood, TV, Soap Operas, movies, the cult of celebrity, politics, and sports all thrives on filth, adultery, and immorality. I am not saying its right, but its just the truth. The level of criticism of Vrabel is just so hypocritical and self-righteous that it makes me sick. Just leave the man alone and let him get his personal life in order the way he chooses. He doesn't need your fake morality criticism. And that's what it is too. You accept it everywhere else as normal.
They've always been here. It's annoying if you're not in the club, but it's not inconsistent, so long as it applies to their heroes as well, whoever they might be.

Me, I know I've sinned, so I'm saving the ammo at the stoning.

Adultery/cheating is a deal breaker for me, doesn't matter if it's a one off. I just couldn't get over it. Respect to those who can.
You should definitely ask Vrabel for a divorce.
