Ian's Daily Blog - The Buffalo Bills released top pass-rusher Aaron Schobel on Wednesday, who like Derrick Burgess here in New England is pondering retirement - although it appears that he may not be done quite yet.

I really hope he comes here, IMO, he would change the D for alteast one season.

I wouldn't call him a linebacker considering he's never played that position.

I agree. I heard he doesn't want to transition to a 3-4 olb anyway. That being said I say we bring him in to rush the passer on 3rd down and let him keep his hand down.

I don't understand either why people call him a LB when he's a DE ala ESPN. It's like when people still think Richard Seymour is a DT.

What about this?

The only problem with luring him here may be the fact that he recently sold his home in Buffalo and relocated to Texas, which according to one report makes the Texans or Cowboys more of a possibility if he opts to stay closer to home.
