Is anyone still worried about the Bills?

Uh, Allen was great…

Literally the only reason the Bills were in it down to the wire.

NBC actually has a great clip of the analysts talking about how impressive his performance was in that wind.

Except it is true…

It was never close to an INT.

He barely got a few fingers on it.

Funny how you go right to a Tom Brady throw, sigh.......

Funny how I’ve made numerous posts about the game, but your obsessed, tiny brain goes right to that. Sigh…

I wasn't referring to you. More so the Patsfans on this board who thought he is the next coming of Joe Montana/Peyton Manning.

I think the Pats lose in Indy and if the Bills beat Tompa the game in 2-weeks is just as big as last night. Should be fun.

Not with no running game. Was expecting a much bigger challenge than we got especially with guys up front getting healthy. If that's your running game you guys are in a heap of trouble

Think about that…

- Bills couldn’t run
- Had 5 dropped passes, including a TD
- Had a PI in the endzone that went uncalled
- Had a guy fumble when no one touched him
- Missed a field goal

And STILL only lost by 4.

The Patriots spotted the Bills 1 mistake. A punt fumble.

The Bills spotted the Patriots 9 mistakes.

And still only won by 4.

And it took a redzone stand to hold on.

I’m not sure i’ve ever been so confident in a Bills win as I do against the Patriots in a few weeks.

It’s worse than that.

EVEN IF the Pats beat the Colts, if the Bills beat Tampa and Carolina, the Bills will take the division with a win over NE.

The Bills hold their own destiny.

Patriots can’t do anything about it (except try to beat the Bills a second time).

Nothing they do before then helps.

4.8 YPA in the passing game is not really "great"...

I thought it was obvious, but that’s a “considering the conditions” modifier.

It’s why the announcers were praising Allen left and right and analysts/talk shows today are doing so.

They are very few, if any, quarterbacks in the NFL that could throw in the wind like Allen did yesterday. And if it wasn’t for the drops, that YPA would be much higher.

i’m surprised someone as smart as you could not figure that out.

Bills can't run period....not just couldn't run in that game. You guys are in trouble IMO.

The "if only" stuff is fantasy and we can go back and forth all day on that. Scoreboard is reality. Pats 14 Bills 10.

But the game plan would have been a lot different if any of these what ifs you bring would have happened, what happened in real life is they rammed it down their throats and let them know they were going to ram it down their throats. Look forward to the next game which should be totally different from this game.

Allen is a good QB and he does what good QBs do most weeks. That game yesterday was way south of what I'd call "great".

JC didn’t drop a pick-6. This was already didscussed in this thread and he barely got a few fingers on it.
Nonsense! Just re-watched it (13:39 Q3). JC jumped the route and almost had it. Announcer says "nearly picked off" and it was. Terrible decision and a sure pick 6 if JC caught it. Josh has been throwing a lot of INTs lately and was lucky that wasn't game over (according to your version of causality).

Uh, the Bills (even after that game yesterday) average 4.5 ypc.

Pats average 4.2

Then you’re one of the very few saying that (maybe not with Pats fans though). Most analysts do not agree with you.

The TV angle made it look like that.

It’s called an optical allusion.

Thankfully we have either angle. He barely got a few fingers on it.

Yeah the Pats can do something about it. They also hold their own destiny. Duh.

I think the Bills will be VERY happy if the Pats decide to “ram it down our throats” to the tune of 14 points in matchup 2.

The only choice they have is to win out, if the Bills beat Tampa.

They won't that's my point, they find other ways to beat teams, depends on matchups, weather etc..

Not beating the Bills on the arm of Mac. Not happening.

Go tell McDermott you have inside info that that's exatly what the Pats plan.
