Think Rosen will be a perennial NFL back up and may finally find some prominence a few years down the road.. but two team in two years for a first round pick is a very bad omen...

And both teams selected another QB in the top 5 after having him on the roster for a year. I am not sure if that has ever happened before, but I have never heard of that happening or remember it happening.
