With the ever increasing bewilderment of why we do not bring in an outside pash rusher (no real pass rushers drafted, no free agents signed), it seems apparent that the club just can't seem to replace guys like Vrabel, Seymour, McGinest etc. Names like Adelius Thomas, Derrick Burgess, Gerard Warren, Shawn Crable, etc. etc. show our littered history of trying to bring in an effective outside rusher the past 5+ years. No coincidence that we have not won a playoff game since the Charger AFC Championship Game. As we sit here pondering why we didn't draft a pass rusher and why Roth and Brock were both allowed to get out of town without contracts, it is beginning to look like we just might be stuck with this one glaring weakness yet again which will impede our chances at winning another Lombardi Trophy. Brady turned 34 today and his clock just keeps ticking.
