In his second camp, Wilhite makes a good impression

Yes, of course.

Springs and Wheatley are certainly a reasonable set of nickel and dime backs, although Butler could certainly have a role.

Silly people, Wilhite was penciled in as starter at the beginning of camp, Springs was never more than a situational player and veteran anchor.

if wheatley has learned and understands the defense by year two, he will be the ahead of wilhite on the cb depth chart...much better in coverage, jumps higher, paid more!

Seems that way to me, too.

Not bad for the 20th cornerback selected in the 2008 draft, eh?

Which includes former teammate and the more highly touted CB Pat Lee, selected 69 slots in front of him who gave the Packers 2 tackles in 5 games last season.

Me thinks we have a good scouting Dept. (as long as it isn't WR's in the second round).

I'll be watching this kid closely.
