Impressions

Here are some of my impressions from last night:

1. Manning was no better than any NFL journeyman backup QB
2. Denver's D is tremendous
3. The first challenge definitely should have overturned the call
4. It was a boring game
5. Denver's O, on its own and without the help of the D or special teams could only muster two field goals.
6. Carolina literally gave the game away with so many turnovers and false starts.
7. Carolina's receivers need better hands

Overall, once again we see that while offense wins games, defense wins championships.

For next year we MUST concentrate on (a) the offensive line to protect Brady and (b) great pass rushers.

I cant get over the fact that denver Could have had me, you, and the rest of Patsfans.com as their offense, and probably have won that game last night. Everything you said is accurate
